Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Pinal County, e.g., the State of Arizona, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Services will be resolved through binding arbitration in Pinal County, the State of Arizona, United States, administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Consumer Arbitration Rules. You waive the right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration. If arbitration is not enforceable, disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts of Pinal County, the State of Arizona, United States.

13. Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays or failures to perform our obligations under these Terms due to events beyond our reasonable control, such as natural disasters, strikes, or technical failures.
