PinnacleForge LLC is committed to providing a seamless shopping experience. This Shipping Policy outlines the details of how we process and deliver orders placed through our website  www.pinnacleforgecomics.com. Please review this policy carefully before placing an order.

1. Order Processing

  • Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within1-3 business days after payment is confirmed. Processing times may vary during peak periods, such as holidays or promotional events.

  • Order Confirmation: You will receive an email confirmation once your order is placed, followed by a shipping confirmation with tracking information (if applicable) once your order ships.

  • Backorders: If an item is out of stock, we will notify you via email with an estimated restock and shipping timeline. You may choose to wait or cancel the order for a full refund.

2. Shipping Destinations

We currently ship only to the United States. Please ensure your shipping address is accurate, as we are not responsible for delays or losses due to incorrect address information.

3. Shipping Methods and Costs

We offer the following shipping options, with costs and delivery times varying based on your location and selected method:

  • Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery: 3-7 business days within the U.S. – $Cost, 

  • Expedited Shipping: Estimated delivery: 1-3 business days within the U.S. – $Cost

Shipping costs are displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase. Delivery times are estimated and not guaranteed, as they may be affected by factors beyond our control, such as customs delays or carrier issues.

4. Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email (if available for your shipping method). You can track your package through the carrier’s website: USPS, FedEx, UPS. Please contact us if you do not receive tracking information within 5 business days of your order.

6. Delivery Issues

  • Lost or Missing Packages: If your order does not arrive within the estimated delivery window, please contact us at Email: admin@pinnacleforgecomics.com within 30 days of the shipping confirmation. We will work with the carrier to locate your package or provide a replacement or refund, subject to our investigation.

  • Damaged or Incorrect Items: If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and order details. We will arrange for a replacement or refund as appropriate.

  • Undeliverable Packages: If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, refusal, or failure to claim, we will contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping fees may apply.

7. Shipping Restrictions

  • We do not ship to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses. Certain items, hazardous materials or oversized items, may have additional shipping limitations.

8. Returns and Refunds

  • For information on returns or refunds related to shipping issues, please refer to our Return Policy. Shipping costs are typically non-refundable unless the issue is due to our error.
